Well tomorrow is the Police and Peace Officer Memorial Day. I am heading up to Edmonton in an attempt to attend the ceremony and then participate in a few days of street survival training. I believe that all combative programs should spend some time talking about the physiology of combat as it gives students an understanding on what may be happening to them during a fight. I was struggling to think of a blog entry for today. I was having a hard time coming up with a post that is appropriate and meaningful to commemorate 9/11. I hit my bookshelves and dug through until I found this classic. Many of you have already read it but its always worth another look. I have had to edit it slightly since the blog only allows 10000 characters.
